About the Project

Vektora Software, a technology and consulting firm focused on SAP, was managing sales tracking and customer management stages through email groups, basic note-taking, and spreadsheet applications. This hindered them from efficiently managing the process. We presented our Freshworks CRM product to the company. Through our product, they were able to manage customer prospects. The sales-oriented tendencies of incoming customer prospects became measurable. As willing customers were easily identified,  sales strategies could be adjusted accordingly. Through deal management, they began to communicate with prospects and convert them into registered accounts.

 

Lead scoring enabled the automatic identification of customers inclined to benefit from sales. Customers with high levels of interest were automatically moved to the top of the list. Sales stages could now be tracked step by step. Our mail integration service included email addresses on customer cards through Freshworks CRM This facilitated easier communication with customers, thereby simplifying sales tracking. 

We paved the way for the company to use our Pipeline service for sales tracking. With this service, sales stages such as the proposal stage or whether a deal was won could be tracked from a single screen Historical data was also analyzed to achieve accurate sales results.
