About the Project
Emlak Konut, a well-established real estate company with over 50 years of experience in the industry, was facing challenges in supporting its foreign customers. Only two people could handle the WhatsApp communication with foreign customers, whether from mobile or desktop This significant deficiency in customer service was hindering their efficiency To solve this problem, Emlak Konut decided to benefit from our company’s consulting services.
Under our company’s guidance, the integration of Freshchat with WhatsApp was implemented. With this integration, messages sent by foreign customers through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger could be viewed in a unified interface on the Emlak Konut website. Additionally, these messages were previously limited to the control of only two employees in the company. However, after the integration, they could be viewed and managed by a team of 15 people simultaneously.
One of the most enjoyable aspects was the ability to manage communications even outside the office using the Freshchat mobile application. As a result, Emlak Konut became capable of responding to foreign customer requests from Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and their website at any time. Moreover, thanks to the unique structure of Freshchat, the history of the conversations could be stored, and all team members could access them for reference.
Messages were assigned to the correct employees based on their languages, enabling appropriate responses to be given to messages in different languages.
