Throughout the year, they make over 100 assignments and conduct thousands of interviews for these assignments. Over the years, the company has developed unique methods and combined them with the assessment abilities of its expert team. The Data Expert team chose to work with us to provide faster services to its clients and leadership candidates, manage data from a single source, and optimize the communication process.

About the Project

Data Expert is a brand that likes to use advanced methodologies in its human resources system. Despite their successful endeavors with unique methods, they wanted to stay ahead of their competitors by utilizing new-generation applications that would save time and effort. 

Shortly after applying to PeraNet, we identified their needs and introduced them to Zoho Recruit, which would allow them to take more rapid actions in project management. Zoho Recruit is a multifunctional and functional database that provides a new generation agency experience in existing human resources management processes. Organizations that use traditional methods are required to track their advertisements, candidates, correspondence, interview reports, and other information separately using different programs.However, organizations that use Zoho Recruit can manage all these functions from a single program. 

In addition to all these functions, Data Expert also has a customer portfolio and management. They must find, evaluate, and communicate with candidates that match customer requests, as well as track a wide variety of data such as communication processes and oral or written interview results. LinkedIn, the most important and popular human resources platform of our time, makes it difficult for companies to track candidates. PeraNet, offering a solution to this problem with Zoho Recruit, breathes new life into executives who want to make full use of technology, while also giving companies a boost. 

Using Zoho Recruit, Data Expert prepares, shares, and updates new job postings, automatically removing them when a candidate is found, but keeping a backup in the archive. They can create a CV pool according to their chosen criteria and automatically match relevant candidates for specific jobs. They can also hold interactive events in various categories (internal or external) based on the nature of the job. Information about which candidates received offers and how many offers were made is recorded. The information and email service of integrated customers in the Recruit system are also centralized. All correspondence with customers and candidates is archived in the relevant module. Thanks to the LinkedIn Match integration, candidates’ LinkedIn profiles are automatically matched with candidate cards in the pool. 

The company now uses a much more comprehensive reporting system. In advanced reports, various information such as the number of candidates from which sectors, departments, branches, and stages can be measured through the system. All interviews, stages, and results conducted between the initial application and the final interview of candidates can be quickly controlled for process management. Integration of the same candidate with multiple job postings is possible. The system functions as a “Recruitment Line,” including details such as CVs and candidate expectations. When the hiring process is completed, the relevant modules are closed for candidates but remain active for company employees. 

After providing Data Expert experts with Zoho Recruit training, various data collected from different platforms are centralized, the application process is managed, automatic matches are made with relevant postings, correspondence records are kept, and the process is followed and evaluated. Convenience was introduced for creating new postings, making changes to postings, automatically removing expired postings, adding question-answer modules and processing interviews in detail. A shared repository was developed for collecting all customer cards, forwarding requests, evaluating them, and archiving correspondence processes. Any correspondence related to a candidate, customer, or job posting is stored in the relevant section.
