When you contact us through the communication channels on our website with your consent; your identity (name, surname), contact (email address, mobile phone number), marketing (campaign information, product information), and transaction security (IP address) data, in compliance with the rules set out in the “Transfer of Personal Data Abroad” section under Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and with necessary technical and administrative measures taken, due to the absence of domestic alternatives that could provide us with the quality and continuity of service we offer to you, may be recorded and thus transferred abroad to our cloud services infrastructure providers located abroad and whose servers are located abroad, such as Freshworks and Zoho CRM and all its sub-applications (Zoho Co) (“Data Processors”), for the purposes of conducting information security processes, communication activities, business operations and audits, sales processes of goods and services, activities aimed at customer satisfaction, customer relationship management processes, marketing activities, storage and archiving activities, and tracking of demands and complaints. The companies chosen by Peranet take data security measures according to internationally accepted standards and commit to providing a security level to their customers, and thereby to Peranet, in accordance with these standards. Additionally, many international legislations, especially the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), legally ensure that the personal data is not processed by the Data Processors (the companies owning the infrastructures listed above) outside the requests and purposes of Peranet. The personal data we transfer abroad due to the use of software provided by Data Processors is not shared with other third parties abroad outside the purposes mentioned above. - Your Rights Regarding Processed Personal Data:
